I never imagined I would be writing about menopause like this. But if you're reading this, you might understand exactly why I am.
Around 47, things started to change. At first it was subtle… waking up once at night, feeling a bit off during the day. Then it got worse. Night sweats. Mood swings. That constant tired feeling that never really went away.
I kept telling myself it was just stress. Work, family, responsibilities… it made sense. But something didn’t feel right.
The hardest part wasn’t just the symptoms — it was how they made me feel. I stopped sleeping well, which made everything else harder. I felt less patient, less energetic… and honestly, less like myself.
I tried different things — teas, vitamins, even things my doctor suggested. Some helped for a while, but nothing really lasted.
Late one night, I was reading about hormones and came across something I hadn’t heard before: cortisol.
It’s known as the “stress hormone,” and apparently, when it stays high, it can throw off other hormones — especially during menopause.
That was the first time something actually made sense.
That’s when I found MenoRescue.
I didn’t expect much. At that point, I had already tried several things.
But after a couple of weeks, I noticed small changes. I wasn’t waking up as much. I felt calmer during the day. My sleep slowly improved.
Over time, those small changes added up. I started feeling more stable, more rested… more like myself again.
Check the Official WebsiteFrom what I understood, it doesn’t just try to mask symptoms. It works by supporting how the body handles cortisol, which then helps balance everything else.
I’m not a doctor, but I can say this felt different from anything I had tried before.
If you're going through something similar, I truly understand how frustrating it can be.
This may not be a magic solution for everyone, but in my case, it made a real difference — and that’s why I wanted to share this.
Sometimes, understanding what’s happening inside your body changes everything.

I relate to this so much. The sleep part is exactly what I’ve been dealing with.
Thank you for sharing this. I’ve been looking into cortisol too recently.
It’s comforting to know I’m not the only one going through this.
